more food

i'm pretty sure i tried this a long time ago (i could be way wrong), unsuccessfully i assume. tried it again recently after watching a bosh video where they took a partially similar direction. i was also reccently inspired by timeless coffee and their breakfast offerings on the weekends. this first time was quite successful and i think it's been getting a little bit better ever since.
i've been making/ cooking tofu scramble in a way that produces some pretty fluffy egg rounds or omelets, or simple scramble. i've been making a bunch of breakfast sandwiches recently and it's been pretty friggin' great.

making food

been making more food recently.
found some shredded "beef" @ amazon/ whole foods and mixed it with a bunch of jack fruit (that needed to be used), and some amazing taco simmer sauce i grabbed @ natural grocers. threw on some homemade salsa and these tacos were heeeeeeeeeeeella good.
