Ritos

This rito is from a spot up in Pittsburgh (CA) right by Mecca, called Reynitas (Little Princess) ( http://www.restaurantica.com/restaurants/58754/ ). I stopped by here because I was told they made Gallo Pinto ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gallo_Pinto - this page makes it seem as if it is a Costarican dish, but was told by a fellow employee that this is truly from Nicaragua), and I needed some for a presentation I was doing in my Spanish class. So instead of finding some weird americanized version of the dish and making that, I figured I would play it safe, and go with some more authentic stuff.
Reynitas was pretty cool. They serve your traditional burritos and other Spanish food, but in addition, they serve El Salvadorian, and Nicaraguan food.
